Clean rooms with a nice balcony and great decorations. the location is pretty good - just a short walk to the best wineries in Chile, restaurants, and you can easily catch a taxi 🚕.

We were given a standard twin room upon arrival. Great location in the entire valley was a plus.

The pool is big and clean. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The kitchen is very good.

The furniture is a bit outdated. Located just outside the town of Casablanca, near the motorway. Noise pollution (still) tolerable.

The rooms are well-decorated with attention to detail, making for a pleasant and comfortable stay. The breakfast provided is satisfying, although it could benefit from a bit more variation.

The spacious rooms, the dining room, fitness and large. Pool. Central location to the wine regions and Pablo Neruda houses. The beautiful view.

The shower head in the bathroom was slightly defective.

The hotel staff gave excellent recommendations for wineries and lunch spots. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the indoor and outdoor pool areas were impressive. The hotel provided a reliable driver for the duration of our stay. Also, the hotel's location was convenient, as it was close to important vineyards with restaurants.

The hotel is a very good starting point to visit the wineries in the Casablanca Valley. We were especially well looked after by Valentina - Reception. She gave us many very good tips for the visit not only of the wineries but also of Valparaíso.

Lastly, the rooms were beautifully decorated, showcasing the hotel's commitment to maintaining a high standard of decor. Additionally, the breakfast, which was served until late, was a great way to start the day, although a bit more variation would have been appreciated.

The best service so far

We had a great time ringing in the New Year at this hotel. the staff was friendly and welcoming. We liked the two complimentary drinks offered at the bar and the location near wonderful wineries made it easy to explore the area. the heated indoor pool was a great way to relax and unwind.

We did have a few issues to report. the room was a bit outdated and could use some updating.
